MORnet Communications, LLC ("MORnet," "we," "us") operates mornet.zone, hostedvoice.us, managedinstalls.com, and ai.mornet.zone (the "Sites"). This policy explains what we collect on the Sites, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

- Contact & inquiry details you submit through our forms — name, email, phone, service address, business name, and the message or request you send (for example, an availability check, quote, or automation-audit request).

- Usage & device data — pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (country/region), browser and device type, and interactions with the page.
- IP address, which may be used to estimate location, protect against abuse, and — for business visitors — identify the organization associated with the visit (see "Third parties," below).
- Cookies and similar technologies used by our analytics and advertising partners.
2. How we use information
- Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes, availability checks, and service.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Sites (including spam prevention such as Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Measure and understand how the Sites are used, and improve content and conversion.
- Marketing and remarketing — showing you relevant ads on other platforms after you visit, and identifying prospective business customers to follow up with.

4. Your choices & rights

- Access, correction & deletion: you may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of sale/sharing (California/US): you may direct us not to share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- EU/UK/EEA: where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and may withdraw consent.

5. Data retention & security
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; no method of transmission is 100% secure.

The Sites are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version.
